| So a update to this project, I recieved the exhuast ive been trying to source and im pretty happy with it.
It was just the exhaust I wanted for my build. Just mocked up on the bike for now, nothings even tightened down at this point.

Other then finally getting the exhaust, the cases for the final motor build are off getting machined for the 54mm cylinder, so i should have the final motor for the bike put together in the next few weeks. The ones thats in there right now is just a place holder.
All the carbon stuff is still at the same state as its been at for a while now. Ill get back on that soon enough. Maybe July ill have some more time if work slows down some.
Hard to tell from the angle of the pics but its got a good cm of clearnce to the seat. Ill be monitoring the heat closely as i have my own concerns on heat with the system. Plus its not tightened up anyway at this point, I just threw it on there for the pics.

I made all the carbon parts myself, but the exhaust was from a belgium builder. he has been running one just like it himself and hasnt had any issues so far with the heat and LED's |

| Just a small update to this project.
Finished the motor for it the other night.
Its a 95cc (54mm bore stock stroke), Honda nice 110 head with R20 cam, intake and exhaust porting work by RJP racing, lightened rockers, Honda monkey 4 speed, TB HD billet basket auto clutch, polished cases and side covers, G-Craft intake, and Yosh TM24 carb.
Just need to get a new kick start seal and ill be able to test it.
Im really looking forward to seeing how this one goes. I wanted to built a revving motor as i thought it would be a better fit for a bike with no rear suspension then motor that had a ton of low end torque.
